I am Kaisa Tervahauta, a clarifier of operational work and a professional in management. My background in an entrepreneurial family and as a generalist reflects a desire to understand the big picture and achieve genuinely impactful results.

My degree is a Master of Arts, with a major in Nordic philology and international business communication. My expertise in languages and communication makes me a strong bridge-builder between the technical and the human aspects. To support my work in management, I completed a specialized vocational qualification in management and the HHJ qualification.

I live in Oulu and enjoy being in the north. Social interest, Nordic cooperation, influence, and organizational work have always been a part of my life. As a counterbalance to intellectual work, I enjoy quiet moments, nature, and gardening.
